2. What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you choose to provide. This website does not use cookies or tracking, and we do not collect analytics or advertising data.
3. How we use it
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing.
4. Our lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and in taking steps at your request.
5. Who processes your data
- Form delivery: Formspree delivers your form submission to us by email.
- Email: our inbox is hosted on Google Workspace.
- Website hosting: our site is hosted by Render. As a static website, it does not itself store your data.
These providers act as our processors and only handle your data to provide these services.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@lifeswonderful.co.uk.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
